Day 01: Arrival Leh
I Arrived in Leh in the morning and transferred to the hotel. Full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 meters)Later, in the evening by walking visit Shanti Stupa or Leh Local Market O/N Leh.
Day 02: Leh Sightseeing
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we take you for a tour of the hall of fame, gurudwara pathar sahib, magnetic hill, kali temple and sangam. At sangam you can enjoy rafting on the
zanskar river.Hall of fame is a must visit for every patriotic indian. It was built by the Indian army in memory of soldiers who lost their lives in the Kargil war. Return to leh in the afternoon.Gurdwara Pathar sahib located at a distance of 40 kms from leh, was constructed in 1571, in memory of guru nanak to commemorate his visit to this region.Magnetic hill is the place where you will see your car, with its engine turned off, move upwards on a steep slope. It almost sounds unbelievable.The sangam is the place called nimu where the zanskar river and indus rivers merge. In the evening come back to leh. Overnight hotel.
Day 03: Leh – Nubra Valley (128 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)
After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft). You can take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. On arrival check in to the hotel/camp. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari (double humped camels which are found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley.
Day 04: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok River road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx.)
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Pangong Lake.
Day 05: Pangong Lake – Leh (140 Kms | 4-5 hrs approx)
Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of the Sun rise on the lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh, en route visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace on additional Cost if guests are interested, Day Free for Leisure Evening by walk visit Leh Market for Shopping(Own Cost). O/N Leh.
Day 06: Leh Departure
Early morning transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home. Tour ends.
